RATIONAL - top in Germany

This year we collaborated with the NFO/Infratest Institute in assessing our own site and carrying out a cross-industry comparison of our employee survey results. The core questions in the nation-wide German comparison were:

• general satisfaction with working for RATIONAL,
• recommending RATIONAL as an employer to friends and acquaintances,
• readiness to re-apply to RATIONAL,
• assessment of the helpfulness of colleagues and
• RATIONAL's competitiveness as a company in general.

"In a representative survey we calculated a mean value of 60 points for Germany. 10 percent of the best companies in Germany achieved an average of 76 points. RATIONAL achieved a count of 91 points. So you can be proud of your company in every respect ", says Dr. Scharioth, the Managing Director of NFO/Infratest.

This means that RATIONAL is among the very best German companies.
