RATIONAL Canada announced that Dwayne Botchar has joined the RATIONAL sales team as Regional Sales Manager for British Columbia

Dwayne has been in the hospitality industry since 1978. Starting in the kitchen his career has spanned three decades. During his career, Dwayne opened and oper-ated up a pair of highly successful restaurants in the Ottawa area called “Le Pa-nache” as well as a successful catering company.

Dwayne has taken it upon himself to continually educate and improve himself. Apart from cooking for some of the biggest chain hotels in the world, such as Trusthouse Forte, Accor and CP Hotels, the drive for knowledge has given him the opportunity to work in all aspects of the hospitality and events industry.

Dwayne is no stranger to sales. He says, “When you own your own restaurant or catering company, you have to understand sales and marketing. It’s how you sur-vived!”

Dwayne’s extensive background, experience and knowledge of the industry will be a solid asset and a great addition to RATIONAL.
