Your tasks:
- Development and implementation of strategic and operative plans for Czech and Slovak markets in accordance with the company´s strategy
- Coaching and leading of the existing organisation as a profit centre including budget responsibility
- Development and expanding of efficient and long-term partner network
- Planning and coordination of all sales and marketing activities according to the action plan
- Support and controlling of sales partners
- Perspective of establishing of a local subsidiary
Your qualifications:
- Proven and successful sales and management experience (5+ years)
- Proven leadership skills
- Outstanding communication, planning and organisational skills
- University or relevant college degree desired, good business understanding
- Comfortable in international environment
- Fluency English in both spoken and written
- Structured and target oriented self-starter and sales performer
