College Graduates

Our Management Training Scheme is aimed at University and College Graduates (graduate engineering graduates of various faculties, industrial engineering graduates and business studies graduates) and is an investment for the long-term. You will systematically work your way through either Engineering or Sales (incl. Marketing), or the Commercial Division.

Unlike a classic training scheme, as a management trainee you will spend not merely a couple of months in the individual Division subprocesses, but around 1 - 1.5 years. This way during your early years in the job you will pass through all the Company Divisions. You can "test yourself" and find out where your strengths and weaknesses lie in order to find the "right path" for your professional development.

You will be fully integrated into the relevant working groups/teams and from the outset will assume responsibility in both daily operations as well as projects and special assignments.

You will gain an excellent knowledge of the company and its various areas of competence, which will stand you in good stead during your continuing professional development.
